Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join our exceptional team in our Brisbane CBD office on full-time, 12 month fixed term contract. We are dedicated to providing tailored advice and legal services. Our team works hard to deliver a personalised service, empathetic support and the best possible legal outcomes for all of our clients in these difficult times. Now that’s a role with purpose.

We are looking for a Lawyer with a strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. We are looking for someone with 2 + years’ experience, and welcome applications from individuals who are experienced and passionate about Personal Injuries law.

We are looking for someone who:

- Works effectively with others and fosters positive relationships;
- Has a strong client and relationship building skills, you cultivate and manage relationships with referrers and other external stakeholders;
- Contributes to team success and collaborates seamlessly;
- Is resourceful,



you find creative solutions and adapt to challenges;
- Is determined and motivated to make a difference, driving successful outcomes;
- Is client focussed with a genuine passion for helping people;
- Ideally has prior experience in Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability and CTP Claims;
- Knowledge of the relevant procedural rules relevant to Personal Injuries.

Qualifications

- 2 + Years PAE
- Previous personal injuries experience is required
- Review and analysis of records;
- Drafting written communications to clients;
- Drafting court documents;
- Attending court for procedural hearings;
- Deeply understanding client’s needs.
