**Service Support Manager**
**Location: Mayfield - **Hunter Child Protection &Assessment; Hub Metro
**Employment Type: Full time opportunity**
**Salary: $93,295 - $102,941 per annum plus super and leave loading**
**Your role**
The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Community Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.
The Hunter Child Protection & Assessment Hub Metro is located over two sites - Mayfield and Charlestown. The Service Support Manager and their team, provide support to staff in both sites. The Service Support Manager is based at Mayfield and will work one to two days week at Charlestown.
**What you’ll do**
You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. You will manage and support the team to ensure client focused and consistent high quality service is delivered in the Community Service Centre (CSC).
