**GP Practice Manager - Alpha Medical Centre Kwinana**

Alpha Medical Centre Kwinana is a **privately owned, community-focused general practice** located within **Kwinana Marketplace Shopping Centre**. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced **GP Practice Manager** to join our friendly team for an **immediate start** and play a key role in the continued success of our practice.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting both our clinical and administrative teams, and helping us continue to grow and improve the care we provide to our local community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the daily operations of the medical practice
- Recruiting, supporting, and rostering staff
- Overseeing human resources and staff wellbeing
- Supporting business development and continuous improvement
- Managing financials, including account reconciliations
- Stock ordering and inventory management
- Maintaining accreditation standards, policies, and procedures




- Leading Quality Improvement (QI) activities and reporting to practice owners
- Marketing on Facebook, Google Business and Instagram.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a GP Practice Manager
- Strong working knowledge of **Best Practice Software** (essential)
- Sound understanding of **Medicare processing (MBS), PIP, and PRODA**:

- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- A positive, approachable leadership style with solid interpersonal skills
