**What you’ll be doing**:
Lead shifts with confidence, setting the tone for exceptional service and a motivated, high-performing team

Support the Store Manager across daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance

Maintain Yo-Chi’s product quality and food safety standards

Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver memorable customer experiences

Uphold venue presentation, safety, and compliance at all times

Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to the store’s financial success

**What we’re looking for**:
Leadership experience in food, retail, or hospitality (QSR experience is a bonus)

Availability across Mon-Sun with flexibility for rotating shifts

A people-first leader who thrives on building team culture and community

Adaptable, resilient, and always ready for a challenge
