Il Ritrovo is a new Italian café and restaurant opening in Zetland, serving quality coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in a welcoming neighbourhood setting.
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.
About the Role
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee consistently
- Dial in grinders and maintain coffee equipment
- Deliver friendly customer service
- Take orders and process payments when required
- Assist with café operations and service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years barista experience
- Ability to produce quality coffee during busy periods
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Full working rights in Australia
Position Details

- Wednesday to Sunday
- Morning and daytime shifts
