Junior Property Manager
Ray White Surfers Paradise

An exciting opportunity exists within Ray White Surfers Paradise for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team.

This role is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management. You will commence with a manageable portfolio and receive ongoing training, support and mentorship as your skills develop and the portfolio grows alongside the business.

We are seeking an individual who is organised, eager to learn, and passionate about building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the management of a residential property portfolio

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinate lease renewals and rent reviews

- Manage repairs and maintenance requests

- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections

- Monitor rent arrears and follow up as required

- Ensure compliance with Queensland legislation

- Assist with leasing activities, including viewings and application processing

- Coordinate smoke alarm and pool compliance requirements

The Ideal Candidate

- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate

- Previous experience in real estate, property management or a customer service role (property management experience highly regarded but not essential)

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle





- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Excellent organisation and time management abilities

- High attention to detail

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Experience using property management software such as Ailo and IRE is advantageous

Hours

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
