About the role
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and leading a talented team of hospitality professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Working to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, reporting directly to the Operations & Sales Manager
- Driving food & beverage sales
- Recruitment and training
- Managing staff to ensure seamless service delivery and tasks are completed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership to support to the team
What we're looking for
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Team Leader, Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in the use of software and technology
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
