South Hurstville Family Practice is seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join our close-knit team in our general practice located in South Hurstville, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and skilled manner
Handling patient enquiries and booking appointments
Providing administrative support to the clinical team
Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
Assisting with general office duties as required
Stocking of rooms and allocating documents that come into the practice
What we're looking for
Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality
