Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a energetic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of Clubhouse Malvern. The Venue Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our café, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the venue.
Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership, training, and support to staff members.




Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a skilled and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
