Practice Manager – H2H Physiotherapy Full-Time | Bella Vista, Sydney NSW

ABOUT H2H

H2H Physiotherapy is a private practice in Bella Vista built on a patient-first philosophy. We go out of our way for our patients - booking in MRIs, following up personally, and treating every person who walks through our door as more than just a booking. That approach means most of our growth comes from word of mouth; our patients become advocates because they feel genuinely cared for.

Established in 2020 and specialising in musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation, we've built strong referral relationships with local GPs, orthopaedic surgeons, elite sporting teams, and local schools. The clinic has great energy - sport on the TV, plenty of banter, and a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together in and out of the clinic.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to keep H2H running at its best. You'll be the person behind the scenes making sure everything works - the systems, the schedules, the team, and the patient experience. It's a varied, hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same, and there's plenty of room to contribute ideas and make your mark within a supportive team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Leading & supporting the front desk and admin team
- Owning the practice systems & workflows, and improving them where needed

- Handling billing across Medicare, WorkCover, CTP/third party, NDIS, & private health insurance
- Coordinating with clinicians to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
- Managing supplier relationships, stock, & general facility upkeep

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in practice management within physiotherapy, allied health, or primary care
- Confident with practice management software (Cliniko, Nookal, or similar)

- Robust grasp of Medicare, WorkCover, CTP/third party, NDIS, and private health insurance billing
- Organised, calm under pressure, & able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- A genuine people person - warm with patients, clear with the team

- Someone who takes pride in a well-run practice
- Comfortable with social media and basic video content (behind the camera, not necessarily in front of it) - we're growing our online presence and love having team members who can contribute
