We're Sniip - Australia's leading bill payment app - and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people to join our small, rapid-moving team in South Brisbane. Who we are

Sniip is Australia's leading bill payment app. Over 200,000 Australians use us to pay any bill in under 10 seconds - scan, tap, done. We're a fintech with a tight-knit team of 20+, headquartered in South Brisbane, and we're partners with American Express, BPAY, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Virgin Australia Business Flyer. We're growing fast, and our customers are the reason for it. That's why this role matters.

The role

Customer experience isn't a support function here - it's central to how we grow. You'll be the person our users talk to when something's confusing, broken, or just needs a human. You'll be fast, calm, and genuinely helpful.

Day to day

- First point of contact across live chat, phone and email
- Triage and route issues to the right internal teams




- Keep customer records and reporting accurate and up to date
- Run outbound call campaigns when the business needs them
- Spot patterns in customer feedback and flag them - your insights will actually get heard

What you bring

- You genuinely like helping people and it shows
- You're organised, reliable and don't need hand-holding
- You communicate clearly - written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, not a requirement
- Bonus points if you speak Mandarin or another language - our user base is diverse and we love that.
