Role description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with the Associate Nurse Unit Manager and Registered Nurses to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care across a range of clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care in accordance with your scope of practice and organisational policies
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the Associate Nurse Unit Manager to support patient care delivery
- Deliver person‑centred care that respects individual needs, values, and preferences
- Accurately document clinical care and report any changes in patient condition
- Contribute to a positive team environment and high standards of clinical practice
- Comply with professional, ethical, and legal nursing standards

About you

- Have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Nursing with Medication Endorsement

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated ability to work within scope of practice under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
