About the role
This is not your typical real estate support role.
We're looking for a sharp, highly organised Operations Manager to work alongside one of our top-performing agents at Harcourts Pinnacle in Aspley. Your job is to run everything behind the scenes so our agent can move seamlessly from prospecting to appraisals to contract negotiations with the confidence of knowing every detail has been handled and every client is well looked after.
You'll be client-facing, campaign-involved, and genuinely integral to how this team operates. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, take pride in making others look good, and love the pace of a busy real estate environment this role was written for you.
What you'll be doing
- Attending and running Saturday open homes, representing the team on the ground
- Managing vendor and buyer communication, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Preparing listing presentations, CMAs, and marketing materials ahead of appraisals
- Booking and confirming client appointments, inspections, and valuations
- Tracking contracts and coordinating with solicitors and other parties through to settlement
- Maintaining accurate records in Rex CRM across all active listings and contacts
- Managing the agent's diary and ensuring everything is prepped before each appointment
- Handling calls and correspondence on the agent's behalf
What we're looking for
- Outstanding communication skills: Confident and skilled with clients face-to-face, on the phone, and in writing
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive: You anticipate what's needed and act without being asked
- Experience in real estate, sales support, or a client-facing coordination role (preferred)
- Familiarity with Rex CRM or similar platforms is an advantage
- Current Queensland real estate certificate or registration (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine team player who finds satisfaction in enabling others to succeed
Working arrangements
This role is full time and includes Saturday open homes each week. In return, you'll receive a weekday off, giving you a consistent five-day working week.
