You've worked in facilities management, or you've spent years selling into it. You know how volume cleaning contracts are structured, scoped, and won. Now you want to take that knowledge and build a reliable income around it.

4S Cleaning Services is a Melbourne-based commercial cleaning and facilities services provider. We're growing fast, and we need a sales professional who can build a pipeline, get in front of the right decision-makers, and close recurring service contracts. Not one-offs.

THE ROLE

This is a full sales cycle role, from prospecting to signed contract. You'll target commercial facilities managers, property managers, construction companies, and corporate clients across Melbourne.

- Source and develop new B2B opportunities through outbound prospecting, site visits, and networking

- Prepare tailored quotes, proposals, and tender responses for volume cleaning contracts

- Convert opportunities into signed service agreements and hand over smoothly to operations

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your growing client portfolio

- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, forecasts, and activity notes





- Meet and exceed your weekly and monthly revenue targets

WHAT YOU BRING

- Proven B2B sales results (min. 2-3 years); we want numbers, not just job titles

- Background in facilities management, commercial cleaning, construction, or property services

- Demonstrated experience taking opportunities from enquiry through to formal quote and signed contract

- Confident with cold outreach (calls, walk-ins, email) and comfortable with face-to-face selling

- Self-managing, target-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

- Base annual salary $80 – $90K commensurate with experience

- Uncapped commission, upfront and recurring on retained contracts
