About the Role
You will manage a well-maintained portfolio of executive residential properties throughout Brisbane,
building solid relationships with both owners and tenants while delivering exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end portfolio management
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting routine inspections
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears management
- Ensuring compliance with Queensland legislation
- Working collaboratively with our close-knit team
About You
You are an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in providing exceptional service and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
You will bring:
- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
- Solid knowledge of PropertyMe software
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
