About the Role

As our Warranty Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and internal departments.

You will be responsible for:

- Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes

- Reviewing repair orders and supporting documentation

- Monitoring outstanding warranty submissions and payments

- Following up rejected claims and resolving discrepancies

- Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts and Management teams





- Maintaining warranty records and reporting

- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures

- Assisting with administration and departmental support as required

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

✔ Previous warranty administration experience within automotive, truck, agricultural or heavy vehicle industries (preferred)

✔ Strong administration and data entry skills

✔ High attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

✔ Strong computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems (advantageous)

✔ A positive attitude and team-first approach

✔ Professional presentation and work ethic
