Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operates a Counterbalance forklift to handle materials and goods

- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately

- Organise storage areas and ensure proper stacking

- Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment

- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

- Maintain accurate inventory records

- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

- Valid Forklift Operator Certification / Licence

- Must have cold store experience

- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift

- Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures

- Supervisory and team Leader experience is a significant advantage

- Ability to work in fast paced environment

- Robust communication and teamwork skills

- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required

- Australian work rights required for this position
