We're now looking for an experienced Lash Extension & Brow Artist to join our Sinnamon Park team.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves the artistry of lashes and brows, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is looking for a long-term skilled home within an established and respected brand.

About The Role

Working 3–4 days per week (including Saturdays), you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional lash and brow services while maintaining the high standards Elysian Cartel is known for.

Services include:

• Classic Lash Extensions

• Hybrid Lash Extensions

• Russian Volume Lash Extensions

• Brow Sculpting

• Brow Tinting & Staining

• Client consultations and aftercare education

• Rebooking and retail recommendations

You'll work with an established client base that values quality workmanship, attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

About You

building trust with clients and delivering a consistently outstanding experience.

You're professional, reliable, confident in your skills and always looking to refine and improve your technique.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience performing lash extensions

• Ability to complete a full set of Classic Lash Extensions in approximately 1.5 hours while maintaining quality and full coverage

• Ability to create handmade Russian Volume fans

• Strong styling, mapping and isolation skills

• Confidence performing brow services

• Excellent client communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Highly Regarded

• Previous salon ownership or self-employment experience

• Lash Lift and Brow Lamination experience

• Advanced volume lash training

• Training completed with nationally or internationally recognised lash educators

• Experience working within a premium salon environment
