Join a respected Sunshine Coast nonprofit and play a pivotal role in supporting sustainable, community-focused housing solutions

- CA/CPA qualified with strong financial management, reporting and compliance expertise
- Proven experience across financial reporting, audit, treasury, and team leadership
- Maroochydore location | 9 day fortnight | values-led culture

Committed to expanding access to safe and affordable homes, this highly regarded nonprofit community housing provider operates across the Sunshine Coast and beyond. With a strong growth trajectory and deep community impact, the organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance and administration function.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the integrity, performance and continuous improvement of financial operations across the organisation. This is a senior and highly trusted role with responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, treasury, funding management and team leadership, together with meaningful exposure to executive and board-level engagement.

You will lead a small, capable Finance and Administration team, fostering a collaborative, qualified and high-performing culture. In doing so, you will ensure sound financial governance while supporting the broader organisation in achieving its mission to deliver inclusive and sustainable housing outcomes.

This is a broad and impactful role …

Offering genuine variety, complexity and purpose. From overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, to managing audits, funding compliance, cash flow and financial modelling,

you will play a central role in ensuring the organisation’s financial sustainability and operational success.

You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, partnering with the CFO and executive team to provide insight, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting capability.

To succeed, you will be a seasoned finance professional with at least 10 years’ experience, and ideally exposure to the nonprofit, community housing, property, or similarly regulated environment. You bring strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to compliance and risk management, and a genuine appreciation for the social impact of your work.

A confident communicator and collaborative leader, you are equally comfortable engaging with auditors, regulators and funders as you are mentoring your team or presenting to executives and the Board.

Above all, you are values-driven and aligned with the organisations commitment to being person-centred, collaborative, innovative and community-focused.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

To be considered for this role, please forward your cover letter and your resume in WORD format quoting reference number SMFNMG to app••@windsor-group.com.au or contact Sonia Matthews on 07 •••• •001.
