About Prince Wine Store

Prince Wine Store is one of Australia's leading independent fine wine retailers, with a strong focus on wine education, customer service, events and premium wine sales.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to join our Zetland team.

This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in wine and hospitality and enjoys working in a hands-on environment and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders

• Receiving wine deliveries and pallets from suppliers

• Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness

• Assisting with in-store weekly tastings, monthly masterclasses and special events

• General warehouse and manual handling duties

• Supporting the store team with day-to-day operations

• Making recommendations to customers

• Handling POS and backhouse system

About You

• Reliable, punctual and physically fit

• Comfortable lifting wine cartons and working on your feet

• Friendly, professional and customer-focused

• Robust attention to detail





• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Available to work week days and Saturdays

• Previous retail, hospitality or wine industry experience is a must

• Passion for wine and willingness to learn

• RSA and driving license

Highly Regarded

• WSET qualifications or wine studies

• RSA certification

• Previous experience in warehouse operations
