Our client is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join a major wind farm construction project located in regional South Australia.
This is a hands-on operator role with accountability for delivering high-quality earthworks outputs, including bulk earthworks, drainage, and site preparation. You will take ownership of operating machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to meeting project timelines and quality benchmarks.

About You
You are an experienced plant operator who takes pride in delivering precision work while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork. You thrive in fast-paced civil environments and are confident working across bulk earthworks and drainage scopes.

You will bring:

- Proven experience operating dozers (GPS experience highly regarded)
- Background in civil construction, earthworks, or infrastructure projects
- Experience with bulk earthworks, final trim, and drainage works
- Robust commitment to site safety and teamwork
- Relevant tickets, licences, and white card
