⭐ Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor conveyor and bagging equipment to ensure smooth production
- Accurately fill and seal fertiliser bags to meet quality standards
- Safely lift, move, and stack finished bags onto pallets
- Prepare pallets for forklift collection and dispatch
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment




- Conduct basic equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
- Complete simple computer-based tasks and production records
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimise downtime

⭐ About You

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse environments (preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and standing
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
