Due to our rapid growth, we are now seeking the skills of a proactive and detail-driven skilled to coordinate our national field service operations, ensuring technicians, production teams, and customers stay aligned. In this role, you’ll be the central hub of communication and logistics, making a real impact by ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain national field service schedules for technicians across multiple projects
- Manage job logistics including travel bookings, site access, and equipment readiness
- Liaise with customers, production teams,
and internal stakeholders to align schedules
- Maintain accurate systems, reports, and documentation (CRM/ERP/scheduling tools)
- Support office operations including purchasing, suppliers, new starter set ups, and team coordination
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Operations Coordinator
- Strong scheduling, planning, and logistics coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, scheduling software, or Excel-based systems
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management
