Fixed term ending 18 December 2026 - potential for ongoing
22.5hrs/week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-3:30pm
$36.56 - $50.59 based on experience and subject to ELAA assessment

One Tree Community Services – Henry Road Kindergarten

is located on Boon Wurrung Country in Pakenham VIC. We offer 3-year-old and 4-year-old sessional kindergarten programs.

We are seeking an experienced Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join Henry Road Kindergarten. You will be a great communicator who’s passionate about helping children learn, grow and play. Our educational program aligns with the Victorian Early Years Learning and the National Framework. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophical belief, that educators are co-learners who collaborate with children.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor qualification (Early Childhood)
- Valid VIT Registration and National Police check
- You will have the ability to design and implement a vibrant curriculum where each child’s current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests are the foundation of a play-based program
- Have the capacity to build a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of supporting children with additional needs and learning requirements
- Support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families through culturally secure, respectful, and inclusive practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the service
- Organisational skills including planning, time management, scheduling, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines.




- Experience in building successful relationships with staff, families and community
