Metalform Industries is a full-service, locally owned CNC Machining and Fabrication business based in the Rathmines Industrial Estate, proudly operating since 2002. We deliver precision work for the power generation, heavy industry, rail and major infrastructure sectors across Australia — and we're growing.

We're looking for an experienced Fabricator who takes real pride in their work to join our team on a permanent full-time, day shift basis.

What you’ll be doing

- TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel

- Fabrication of components with close attention to quality and accuracy

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements

- Working closely with the team to problem-solve and improve processes

What we’re looking for

- Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent trade experience





- High competency in both TIG and MIG welding — this is essential

- Stainless steel welding experience highly regarded

- Ability to pass a 9606.1 weld test

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

- Willingness to complete a pre-employment lung function and hearing test
