? The Role

Full-Time Position
Mackay, QLD
Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:30pm

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.

You'll work closely with the owners and leadership team to help drive business growth while supporting and developing our technicians.

This role is ideal for an experienced:

- Electrical Supervisor

- HVAC Supervisor

- Service Manager

- Operations Manager

- Senior Electrician

- Refrigeration Supervisor

- Business Owner looking to step away from the pressures of running a company

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop electrical and HVAC technicians.

- Manage daily operations and workflow.





- Work closely with office staff to ensure efficient job delivery.

- Monitor productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage operational KPIs and team performance.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

- Drive accountability and a positive team culture.

- Assist with process improvements and business growth initiatives.

- Ensure all work aligns with company standards, vision, and values.

You will have:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience leading technicians, crews, or service teams.

- Sound commercial awareness and business acumen.

- Australian Electrical Licence.

- HVAC/Refrigeration qualification (desirable).

- Experience with service-based businesses or upfront pricing systems (highly regarded).
