Blue Collar Recruitment is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Chef to join a leading aviation catering operation based at Sydney Airport.

������ About the Role This is a high-volume production kitchen role, not a traditional restaurant environment. You will be preparing airline meals in a structured, compliance-driven setting where consistency, food safety, and meeting strict deadlines are essential.

������️ Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and assemble meals to airline specifications
- Follow standardised recipes and production schedules accurately
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Portion and label products in line with control requirements
- Ensure production targets are met in line with flight schedules
- Comply with HACCP, food safety, and workplace health & safety procedures
- Complete temperature logs and required documentation
- Maintain clean, organised, and sanitised workstations
- Work collaboratively within a large production team

✅ About You




- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Chef
- Proven experience in high-volume or bulk food production
- Strong knife skills and solid technical cooking knowledge
- Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and specifications precisely
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Available to work a rotating 7-day roster (including weekends & public holidays)
- Full Australian working rights
