We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team!

Primary Location: Ballina NSW

Role

- Day to day Subway operation

- Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards

- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices

- Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.

- Promoting and advertising the establishmen's goods and services

- Maintaining records of stock levels and manage financial transactions

- Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store

- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

- Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.

Salary

- Package Salary Range $60,000 - $63,607 (equivalent to hourly $27.50 - $29.00 + 12 % Super based on experience and age)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience working at Subway/ manager or supervisor experience

- Positive, energetic and hardworking

- Good customer service skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Flexibility with working hrs

- Team building ability

- Ability to work under pressure

MUST HAVE:

- Valid Australian Driver's License

- National Police Check - certificate

- Food safety supervisor training certificate
