The Roles
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Educational Leader who is passionate about early education and share our vision for learning.
Wellbeing Program
At Happy Hearts, we value our Educators wellbeing and have created an initiative to support this. All of our Educators have access to our Wellbeing Program which offers the following;
- All uniforms paid for including a NAIDOC shirt.
- Blue Card Renewal, Child Protection, First Aid and CPR all paid for

Desired Skills
We are looking for people who meet the following criteria:
- You must have a warm and inviting personality that makes every child feel welcomed
- You must be able to laugh and show extreme interest in jokes/things you don’t understand
- You would preferably have a great sense of imagination,
able to change on a daily basis from the captain of a pirate ship to the head keeper of a zoo to a shop attendant!
- You are not afraid to show off your out of tune singing abilities in front of a crowd
- You are not squeamish when talking about bodily functions and fluids and are confident in announcing when you are going to the toilet
- You must have amazing acting skills, like pretending to eat the handmade playdough cupcake or delicious mud pie you’ve just been handed.
- Generally willing to have plenty of fun!
- You must want to be welcomed as a loved and important extended family member to the children and parents that pass through our doors.
- You must be confident to work in a large team setting and listen to the ideas of others while encouraging growth within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Blue Card
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
- Child Protection Training
- Completed Certificate III in Children’s Services and completed or working towards Diploma in Children’s Services
- We are looking for educators who are available 5 days, Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm
