Your New Role

As a CNC Machinist, you will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components used in heavy mining equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines to produce parts to spec

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Set up and adjust machines including appropriate tool selections

- Routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines and equipment





- Inspect parts using measuring tools

- Support process improvements with engineers, supervisors and the team

- Follow safety procedures and keep area clean

- Document production activities, including machine settings, adjustments, and completed work

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.

- Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Machining) or equivalent trade qualification.

- Strong knowledge of CNC programming

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and interpreting engineering drawings.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance
