Practice Nurse – General Practice
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our agile and multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong commitment to patient-centred care. A genuine passion for general practice, childhood development, immunisation, chronic disease management, and wound care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administering immunisations
- Managing chronic disease care plans
- Providing wound care and dressing management
- Assisting GPs with minor surgical procedures
- Conducting triage and clinical assessments
- Participating in quality improvement and infection control initiatives
- Overseeing clinical stock and inventory management
Essential Criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong patient and doctor-focused approach
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment
