We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Manager to join our established Melbourne team.

About the Role

Working closely with State Management and the broader leadership team, you will play a key role in the continued success and future direction of the Victorian Civil team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the delivery of civil engineering projects across Victoria

- Building and maintaining client relationships

- Identifying opportunities for future work

- Managing project performance, resources and profitability

- Mentoring and developing engineers and technical staff

- Providing technical leadership and quality assurance





- Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the Victorian business

About You

You will bring:

- Bachelor of Civil Engineering

- Significant experience within a civil engineering consulting environment

- Demonstrated leadership capability and a desire to continue progressing your career

- Experience delivering land development, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing projects, people and project financial performance

- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or working towards chartered status

- RPEV registration, eligibility for registration and/or MRWA accreditation will be highly regarded

- Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships and business opportunities

- Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
