If you've been estimating the same project type for the last few years, this is a different kind of role.

Schools, aged care facilities, holiday parks, residential living, refurbishments, fitouts, defits, structural repairs, new builds.

The work changes. The sites change. No two weeks look the same.

Our client is a facilities management and project delivery business, growing hard across Southeast Queensland. The BDMs are winning work faster than one person can price it, this is a new seat created specifically to double estimating capacity. You'll work directly with BDMs and Project Managers: site inspections, take-offs, scopes of work, and clean handovers so delivery moves without rework.

Around three days a week on the road across SEQ, the rest office or home-based. Fully maintained vehicle included.





The business is two to three years old. Tight-knit, quick-moving, and built on accountability and direct communication. Real opportunity, and genuinely startup energy.

What you'll need:

- Estimating experience across construction, refurbishment, fitout, or project work
- Able to inspect sites and prepare scopes independently in live environments
- CRM discipline, you update in real time, not at the end of the week
