We're seeking a talented Property Manager to join our Property & Asset Management team in Perth, managing office properties across the CBD and regional Western Australia. A snapshot of your responsibilities:
Take ownership of a significant commercial portfolio while being supported within a team environment. You'll deliver comprehensive property management services including:
- Contract delivery and compliance with all PMA requirements and KPIs
- Property inspections, maintenance programmes, and contractor management
- Financial management: budgets, reconciliations, tenant payments, and CAPEX planning
- Lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relations
- Client reporting, stakeholder engagement, and chairing regular meetings
- Driving service improvements and supporting ESG initiatives

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years' commercial property management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager (WA)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (MRI highly regarded)
- Sound knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation
