South Burnett CTC is seeking a highly capable and trusted Executive Assistant to support our CEO and contribute to a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference in the South Burnett. About the Role
The Executive Assistant is a newly established and pivotal role providing high-quality administrative and governance support to the CEO. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of executive activities, while supporting communication, coordination, and organisational processes.
Working closely with senior leaders, Board Members and stakeholders, you will contribute to effective governance, strong communication and efficient administration across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar and meeting management
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and associated documentation
- Prepare and collate Board papers and support governance processes
- Manage communications and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, systems and organisational documentation
- Assist with projects, events and organisational initiatives
- Coordinate compliance reporting, contracts and licensing documentation
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong communication skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
You will also have:
- Experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative or office coordination role
- Strong skills in managing schedules, documentation and meeting processes
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and governance processes
- A proactive and collaborative approach
Qualifications in Business Administration (or similar) and experience in community, not-for-profit or government sector will be highly regarded.

Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS), classified at Social and Community Service Worker Level 4.1 - $44.58 per hour, plus access to not-for-profit salary packaging options to maximise your take-home pay.
