A large, complex government organisation is mobilising a program to manage seasonal demand pressures. Operating within a high-profile command structure, this initiative is focused on improving emergency access, patient flow, and service delivery outcomes during peak periods.

Your new role

This is a critical short-term opportunity for a Project Coordinator professional to provide immediate surge support during a live implementation phase. Working within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, you will play a key role in coordinating, monitoring and reporting on initiatives across multiple sites.

You will support program execution rather than strategy development, ensuring actions are progressing, stakeholders are aligned, and leadership receives accurate, timely updates.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the rollout and coordination of priority initiatives




- Monitoring progress against key actions, milestones and deliverables
- Preparing concise, executive-ready program status reports
- Consolidating inputs from multiple sites and stakeholders
- Analysing data from dashboards and reporting systems to identify risks and pressures
- Tracking actions and proactively following up stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Contributing to briefings, reports and governance documentation

What you’ll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience in program or project delivery, ideally within complex healthcare or public sector environments
- Strong capability in data analysis, reporting and synthesising information for senior audiences
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise updates
- Solid stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a small team
