Based at our Oran Park headquarters, you'll sit at the heart of our commercial and fan engagement operations driving membership growth, maximising ticketing revenue, and making sure every interaction with the Bulls feels like a home game win.

What You'll Do

Grow the Herd

Drive year-on-year membership and ticket sales through smart strategy, sharp data analysis, and a genuine passion for growing the fanbase.

Be the Voice of Our Fans

Own the customer experience end-to-end, from inbound queries and complaints to NPS tracking, making sure every fan feels valued.

Campaign Firepower

Partner with our marketing and digital teams to launch campaigns that sell seats and build loyalty. Then measure, learn, and do it even better next season.

CRM & Data Mastery

Keep our CRM humming - ensuring fan data is clean, communications are consistent,



and every supporter interaction is tracked and actioned.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in consumer services, sales, or customer experience - ideally in sport or entertainment (yes, football counts double)

• An analytical mindset that can translate data into decisions - you know your way around a dashboard

• Solid communicator who can rally a room and write a killer campaign brief

• A self-starter! Someone who can manage a CRM and get on with the job: make the call, find a solution, and make a meaningful impact

• Experience collaborating across marketing, digital, and commercial functions
