Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a major HRIS implementation program focused on consolidating and improving workforce data across multiple systems. Experience with Workday would be an advantage.

Contract length: 12 months

Employment type: Contract

Location: Sydney (project-based / flexible)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and current workforce data to support reliable analysis and reporting.
- Analyse employee and workforce trends, including staffing movements, turnover and retention.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to support business decision-making.
- Extract, transform and consolidate data from multiple internal systems for reporting and migration.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries,



structured datasets and source-to-target mappings.
- Validate, reconcile and monitor migrated data, while identifying risks, issues and gaps.
- Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs and program teams to support data delivery and migration activities.

Experience and Capability

- Experience in data migration or system implementation
- Robust data analysis capabilities
- SQL and Excel proficiency
- Experience with data mapping and reconciliation
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Workday or similar HCM/ERP exposure
- HR or payroll data experience.
