Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient management of supply chain and logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, monitoring inventory flow, managing logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency.

The Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal departments to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in shipment coordination, inventory tracking, documentation management, and process optimization to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor transportation schedules, shipment status, and logistics performance.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
- Track inventory movements and support inventory control and replenishment activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents, purchase records, and logistics reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record management within supply chain systems.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues, shipment delays, and operational challenges.




- Support warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient product flow.
- Monitor key logistics and supply chain performance indicators.
- Assist in demand planning, order fulfillment, and supply chain coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of logistics, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, or logistics platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze operational data and support process improvements.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and accuracy.
