Role Description This full-time Store Director role is an on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. The Store Director leads overall store operations, including sales performance, client experience, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to brand standards. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive, client-centric culture. The Store Director analyzes business results, drives action plans to meet commercial objectives, and partners with regional and corporate teams on key initiatives.



The position also ensures operational excellence through effective processes, compliance with policies, and an elevated luxury environment aligned with Saint Laurent’s brand values.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in store management and retail leadership, with the ability to oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance.
- Strong background in sales and commerce, including KPI management, business analysis, and action planning to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Demonstrated strength in customer service, with a focus on luxury clienteling, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing diverse teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven workplace.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion or premium retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
