A growing Brisbane finance firm is looking for a sharp, organised Sales Support Coordinator to work directly alongside the founder.
This is a phone-first support role. You'll manage inbound enquiries, book qualified clients in with our finance team, follow up to collect documents, keep the CRM accurate, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
No cold calling and no selling — you're looking after people who've already reached out to us. For the right person, this role grows into more responsibility as the business expands.
The details:
- $36/hour + super, part-time
- 5 days/week, (Flexible hours)
- Hybrid/In-office, Brisbane
- Uncapped performance bonuses

What you'll do
- Call current enquiries quickly and have genuine conversations to understand what they need
- Book qualified clients in with our finance team
- Follow up to collect the documents needed for applications
- Keep deals progressing through the pipeline
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
About you
- Reliable and consistent — you follow through every time
- Organised and able to juggle priorities without dropping balls
- Confident, warm and professional on the phone
- Coachable — you learn fast and take feedback well
- Looking for a stable role you can commit to long-term
Essential
- Experience in sales support, customer service, reception or admin
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
- Quick to learn and accurately manage a CRM
