Flashings / Sheet Metal manufacturing team member

About the Position

This role involves manufacturing and roll-forming a variety of metal building products, including roofing, wall cladding, rainwater systems, structural components, and fencing, with particular emphasis on flashings and slit line operations.

You will be responsible for operating and setting up equipment such as folders, benders, rollers, presses, guillotines and shears to cut, form and finish materials to precise specifications. The position provides the opportunity to gain experience across multiple machines and product profiles. Occasional overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace at all times.

- Complete pre-start inspections and ensure all required materials are prepared.

- Interpret job sheets and work orders to identify material, tooling, and machine requirements.

- Measure, mark, cut, and form metal to drawing and dimensional standards.

- Operate roll-forming lines and related equipment, including folding, bending, pressing and slitting machines.

- Assemble, finish, and prepare components for dispatch.





- Record coil usage and production data accurately.

- Assist with customer pick-ups, loading and unloading when required.

- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and actively contribute to a positive safety culture.

- Forklift License desirable or willingness to acquire
