This full time Sales, Service and Collections Co-Ordinator role is based in Salisbury, QLD. You will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support to our growing client base.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with our team in the Canberra Head Office to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide high-quality customer service to existing clients, including processing orders, managing account information, and resolving queries
- Support the planning and coordination of sales and marketing activities, such as preparing presentations and collateral
- Run the collections process and ensure customer service levels are met
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, collections or customer service role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
- A driven, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of the security industry or a related field would be advantageous
