The Opportunities
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, leading project teams and ensuring successful delivery across programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of commercial construction projects from design through to handover
- Manage project programming, procurement, contracts and cost control
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and site teams




- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners

About You
To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Demonstrated success delivering projects ranging from $5M to $150M+
- Strong understanding of D&C;, ECI and construct-only delivery models
- Sound commercial and contractual knowledge
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
