An opportunity exists for a Tax Consultant, experienced in the preparation of Individual and Business Tax Returns. The successful candidate will have experience with face-to-face tax preparation, have excellent attention to detail, be well presented and with a personable character.

About the Role:

As a Tax Consultant at H&R; Block, you will:

- Conduct in-person tax consultations and prepare accurate tax returns.
- Ensure all lodgments are compliant and submitted on time.
- Provide clear tax advice and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Handle fee calculation and payment processing.
- Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in tax preparation for Individual and Business clients.
- Excellent communication skills.




- A team player with a passion for customer services.
- Must be available to work:
- During Tax Season: Between 9am to 6pm for three days per week plus Saturday.
- During the Off Season: Between 9am and 5pm for three days per week.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with MYOB preferred but not required.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
