• Experience in property law, wills and estates or a strong interest in developing in these areas

• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A keen eye for detail, discretion, and a proactive approach

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What You’ll Do

• Act for developers, commercial property owners, investors and portfolio landlords

• Work on an engaging and varied range of property matters, including residential, commercial and farming property transactions with the opportunity to guide clients through key milestones in some of their most significant personal and commercial matters

• Manage and assist with complex property transactions involving family succession, plans of subdivision, easements, option agreements,



water rights, renewable energy projects and leasing matters

• Advise clients on meaningful and often life-changing wills and estates matters, including estate planning, wills, powers of attorney, appointment of medical treatment decision maker documents, probate and letters of administration applications, and deceased estate administration, with the opportunity to support individuals and families through important decisions and significant life events

• Provide exceptional client service and support to clients
