QSR Manager

Lead a High-Performing Quick Service Restaurant Team

Full-Time Permanent Position
Total Package: $77,800 per year ($65,000 Base Salary + 12% Superannuation + $5,000 Regional Living Allowance)

About the Opportunity

- We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and commercially minded QSR Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant operation.

- You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, sales growth, compliance, and team development while maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day hands-on management of store operations (approximately 90% floor-based operational involvement)

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

- Recruit, train new employees.

- Deliver sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPI).

- Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and waste reduction.

- Undertake budgeting and business planning activities.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 6 months experience managing people

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Fast Food, QSR, Hospitality, Retail or Restaurant Management position.

- Proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs

- Robust leadership and communication skills

- Current Driver's Licence

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Must have)

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- At least 24 months of visa
