Senior Commercial Valuer, join a business where the systems are already built, the workflow is efficient, and the focus is on helping good valuers maximise their earnings.
This isn't a role where you're squeezed into a tiny territory or competing internally for instructions. The Gold Coast and broader SEQ market continues to generate robust demand across commercial, industrial, retail and residential development assets, and the current team needs another experienced valuer to help service it.
With one other Valuer covering the region, you'll have the freedom to work across South East Queensland without artificial restrictions while leveraging some of the strongest operational support in the industry.
The Role:
You'll manage a varied valuation portfolio spanning both mortgage and private instructions across commercial and development assets.
- Commercial office, industrial and retail valuations typically up to $15M
- Mortgage and private client valuation work
- Residential development valuations including townhouse projects and developments exceeding 10 units
- Build capability within the growing residential development sector
- Manage client relationships and maintain valuation quality standards
- Partner with another experienced SEQ Valuer to service the wider market
- Utilise highly developed systems, compliance processes and technology platforms
The Team & Culture:
This is a well-established valuation business that has invested heavily in systems, compliance and operational efficiencies so valuers can spend more time valuing and less time dealing with administrative headaches.
The SEQ team continues to perform strongly, with Senior Valuers averaging more than $40,000 per month in fees. The focus is on creating an environment where experienced valuers can produce quality work, maximise earnings and enjoy flexibility in how they manage their patch.
What You'll Bring:
- CPV qualification
- Experience across commercial valuations
- Capability across office, industrial and retail assets
- Interest or experience in residential development valuations advantageous
