We currently have a vacancy for a full time Office Administrator who is passionate about what they do and who enjoys working in a busy team environment at our Swan Hill location.
About the role...
You will manage reception duties, answer and direct calls, and welcome visitors.
You’ll support day‑to‑day office operations, including travel bookings, supplies, meeting rooms, vehicle servicing, and customer ETA enquiries. The role also provides support to Directors, including email assistance, document preparation, meeting coordination, and minute taking.

About you:
You are friendly, reliable, professional and well organised, with developed communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Previous reception, executive assistant or administrative experience is required.
