The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Ambassador to represent our brands through in-store tastings and retail activations across Melbourne.

This is a casual, customer-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, sharing great products, and working independently in a dynamic retail environment.

You’ll play an important role in building brand awareness, driving product trial and supporting our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging in-store tastings across pharmacy and health food retail stores

- Share product knowledge, brand stories and key benefits in a warm and approachable way

- Encourage product trial and support sales through customer interactions

- Build positive relationships with store staff and customers

- Ensure displays are well-presented, stocked and aligned with brand standards

- Set up and pack down tasting stations, maintaining strong hygiene and safety standards





- Track stock usage and provide feedback and insights after each activation

- Stay up to date with product launches, promotions and training

About You

- Experience in retail, hospitality, events or brand ambassador roles

- A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys engaging with customers

- Passionate about wellness, premium food or natural health products

- Energetic, reliable and professional with a positive attitude

- Comfortable working independently

- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

- Well organised with the ability to manage time effectively

- Able to represent premium brands with confidence and authenticity

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
